| 1. | If the reservation is linked to an event, the Bill To field will default to Event, but you can change this if you like. If the reservation is not linked to an event, you will not be able to choose Event as a Bill To option, but you can select from the other options: Accom: Occupant or Accom: Reservation. |

| 2. | Select the Payment Type, and fill in the Card Holder, Card Expiry and Reference/Check # fields as necessary. |
| 3. | Enter any additional notes in the Notes field. |
| 4. | Click Next. |
| 5. | The Confirm box will ask whether you want to edit individual room information. |
| a. | Click No if you want the defaults to apply to all of the rooms. |
| b. | Click Yes if you want to make changes to individual rooms, such as adding occupants, setting individual pricing, etc. You will now have the option to Auto Assign Rooms to the reservation and Edit Individual Room Information. |
