Reservation Dates

| 1. | Under Reservation Information, select the Check In and Check Out dates from the drop-down calendars. |
| 2. | When you click on the Nights field, it should default to the correct number of nights based on the check in and check out dates. If you change it, the Check Out date will change to reflect the number of nights. |

| 3. | The bottom selection grid will refresh to show the room groups available (see the Available column). Click the Check Availability button to refresh the grid again (particularly if you have more than one user working in accommodations at the same time). |
| 4. | You will now select room groups and indicate how many rooms you need from each group for the reservation. Later, you will be able to choose individual rooms from within the group and add room-specific information. Click in the # Required Column and type in or use the arrows to enter the number of rooms you require for each type of room. |
| 5. | You have two options at this point. |
| a. | You can move directly to the next screen, adding any room information later in the process. Click Next. You will go directly to the Billing Information screen (see below). |
| b. | Alternatively, you can set defaults that will apply to all of the rooms. You can later edit individual rooms, but if the rooms have similar characteristics, you may find that setting defaults now can save some data entry later. If you want to set defaults for the rooms now, click on the room group that contains the rooms you want to reserve. Double click or click the Edit button to the right. The Room Defaults [Edit] window appears. See the next step, which describes Setting Defaults for Room Group. |
