Filtering Communications
With EventPro’s Filtertool, you can limit the communications EventPro displays on a grid.
1.
Choose the list of communications you want to view and filter.
a.
For example, if you want to create a filter for all communications related to an event, find the event in the Event Maintenance screen and click the Communications tab.

If you want to create a filter for all communications in EventPro, go to the Communications screen. Note that when you first open the Communications screen, only communications from the last month will appear. If you want to see all communications, click the Filter button and select Clear Filter.

Click on the Filter button and select Set Filter. Note that if the screen is divided into two sections, there will be two Filter buttons; ensure that you click the Filter button directly across from the selection grid containing the list of communications.

The Filter Criteria window appears.
