Marking EventPro Messages as Read

Remember that if you choose to use your email program for Messaging, you will receive messages at your User email address.  You can edit and flag those emails using the normal functions of your email program. The following instructions will not apply to you.

If you choose to use the internal messaging system, you can mark messages as “read” in two ways:

If you view the messages in the pop-up notification, they will be automatically marked as “read”, unless you click the Leave Un-read button.

In the Inbox of the [Messages] screen, unread messages are highlighted in red.

1.Select the unread message or messages.
2.Click the Mark as Read button, located on the right side of the screen.
3.Click Yes in the Confirm box to mark the message(s) as “read”.
