Attendee Reports
Because Attendees are attached to specific events, you cannot run Attendee Reports from the Reports Menu. Instead, you will run these reports for the specific event in the Event Maintenance screen.
1.
In the Event Maintenance screen, find the event containing the attendees for which you want to run a report.

You can either click the Print button in the upper right corner of the Event Maintenance screen, or click the Print button under the Attendees | View Attendees tab. The Run Report window opens.

Under Attendee Reports, select the report you want to run and click OK.

If no reports are visible, click the + sign next to Attendee Reports.

In the next window, select the report options, many of which are described above in Run Reports from Reports Menu. Some reports will have additional options.
For each Attendee, displays his or her Registration Items, Functions, Quantity, Charges, Guests and Totals.

Under Options, select the checkbox if you want to Print Current Attendee Only. If so, select the next checkbox if you want to Include Guest Confirmations.

Under Registration Groups and Registration Items, select the checkboxes next to the groups and items you want to see in the report.
3.
Select the checkbox if you want to Update Communications. If so, select the Method and Reference from the drop-down lists.
For each Attendee, displays his or her schedule for each day, including Time, Type of activity (such as Function), Description and Other Information (such as Location).

Under Options, select the checkbox if you want to Print Current Attendee Only. If so, select the next checkbox if you want to Include Guest Itineraries.

Select the checkbox if you want to Update Communications. If so, select the Method and Reference from the drop-down lists.
Lists the Attendees for an event, displaying the Attendee Name, Attendee Type, Company, Position, Phone, Date Booked and Status. The top of the report contains Event, Client and Contact Information.
Check the box under Options if you want to Show Attendee Notes.
Lists the Attendees categorized under their Status headings, displaying the Attendee’s Company, Position, Phone, Date Booked and Type. The top of the report contains Event, Client and Contact Information.

Lists the Attendees for each Function within an event, displaying the Attendee’s Company, Position, Status, Type, Phone, and Email. The top of the report contains Event, Client and Contact Information.

Choose whether you want the Report Subtitle to be the Event Name, Client Name or None.

From the Function Selection drop-down list, choose whether you want to view attendees for All or Function (just selected functions). If you choose Function, check the applicable functions in the section below.

If you want to Update Communications check the applicable box, and choose a communication Method and Reference.
Displays the seating arrangement for each function, sorted by Attendee, listing for each Attendee the Company, Position, Status, Type, Table #, Table Name and Seat #.

If you want to preview the report, click the Preview button to the right of the Report Template field. When you are done previewing the report, click Close at the top of the Print Preview window.

When you satisfied with your selections in the report dialog box, click the OK button.
