Editing and Customizing Reports in Report Explorer

1.Select the Report Category from the left and the applicable Report from the right.
2.Click the Edit button to the right of the Reports selection grid.  The Report Item [Edit] window appears. Note that double-clicking the record does not bring up the Edit window as it usually does in other parts of EventPro.  Double-clicking here brings up the report dialog box for printing.
3.In the Report Item [Edit] window, you can only edit the Report Name, Sub Menu, Description, Communication Reference, Sort Order and Hidden fields.
4.For hard-coded reports (in red font), you can only edit the Communication Reference, Sort Order and Hidden fields.
5.To change any other elements of the report, you must go into the Report Designer by clicking the Design button.  To use the Report Designer, see the instructions below under Modify a Report in Report Designer.  The Design button is not available for the hard-coded reports.
