Enquiry Reports
In addition to the standard report options noted in Run Reports from Reports Menu, you can set the Received On Date Range for these reports by selecting the From and To dates from the drop-down calendars.
1.
Enquiry List: Lists all enquiries, displaying the Received Date, potential Start and End Dates, Company Name, Assigned To (user), Event Name and Category, Status, Source, Maximum Potential Attendance, Probability, Estimated Value and Weighted (the Estimated Value multiplied by the % Probability).

Enquiries by Assigned: Lists users to whom events have been assigned, showing how many enquiries have been assigned to each person and the total estimated value of the enquiries assigned to each person.

Enquiries by Source: Similar to the above report, lists sources from which enquiries have originated, showing how many enquiries originated from each source and the total estimated value of the enquiries from each source.

Enquiries by Status: Lists the status of enquiries, displaying how many enquiries are of each status and the total estimated value of the enquiries for each status.
5.
Enquiries by Event Category: Lists event categories and sub-categories, displaying how many enquiries belong to each and the total estimated value of the enquiries for each category.
6.
Enquiries – Detail: The same lists as their non-detailed counterparts, but including the same details as the Enquiry List, such as Received Date, Start and End Date, Company, Event Name, Status, etc.
Remember that in the reports you run, if there are enquiries linked to events, you can only view those enquiries that are linked to events containing at least one location to which you have viewing rights; review Chapter 1: Setting Up EventPro, Step 10: User Rights, Creating User Right Groups: Location Rights.
