Exhibitor Reports
Like Attendees, Exhibitors are also connected to specific events, so you cannot print Exhibitor reports from the Reports Menu. You will also run these reports from the Event Maintenance screen.

In the Event Maintenance screen, find the event containing the exhibitors for which you want to run a report.

You can either click the Print button in the upper right corner of the Event Maintenance screen, or click the Print button under the Exhibitors | View Exhibitors tab. The Run Report window opens.

If no reports are visible, click the + sign next to Exhibitor Reports. Under Exhibitor Reports, select the report you want to run and click OK.

Select the report options, many of which are described above inRun Reports from Reports Menu. Some reports have additional options.
For each Exhibitor, displays the Registration Items, Quantity, Charges, Booths, Fascia Name, Description, Booth Type, Dates Booked From and To, Guests and Totals.

Under Event Selection, choose the applicable event by clicking the ellipsis next to the field.

Under Options, select the box if you want to Print Current Exhibitor Only.

Under Registration Groups, select the checkboxes next to the groups you want to include in the report. If you want to include all registration groups, you do not have to select any.
Lists the Booths available for the event, displaying the Booth Number, Description, Type, Length, Width, Area and Charge, as well as any Booth Details and Items, and their Quantities, Prices and Charges.

Under Booth Details, check the box if you want to Show Booth Details.

Check the box under Communications if you want to Update Communications. Choose a Method and Reference from the drop-down lists.
Lists the Exhibitors in the event, displaying the exhibitor’s Company and Contact Name, Attendee Status, Phone, Email, Booth Number(s), Fascia Name and Booth Charge.

Lists the Booths assigned to Exhibitors in the Event, displaying the Booth Number, Description, Booth Type, Area, Charge and Detail Items, as well as the Exhibitor, its Status, Contact person and Fascia Name.

Under Booth Details, check the box if you want to Show Booth Details.

Select the other checkbox if you want to Show Assigned Booths Only.

If required, you can select a Date Range.

Check the box under Communications if you want to Update Communications. Choose a Method and Reference from the drop-down lists.
5.
If you want to preview the report, click the Preview button to the right of the Report Template field. When you are done previewing the report, click Close at the top of the Print Preview window.
6.
When you satisfied with your selections in the report dialog box, click the OK button.
