Many of the reports in the Reports Menu are also accessible from other parts of the program.

.If you are working in another EventPro screen, click the Print button, which may be located in the upper or lower section of the screen.
.If there is more than one report to choose from, the Run Report dialog box appears.  The reports to choose from will vary, depending on what screen you are in.

.To view all of the reports in the dialog box, click the Expand All button in the lower left corner.
.Click to highlight the report you want to run and click OK.
.The same report dialog box opens as if you ran the report from the Reports Menu.  Review the relevant instructions above to continue.
.Note that when you run reports from other screens in EventPro, the reports may not be as comprehensive as those accessed from the Reports Menu.  For example, if you access reports from the Booking Calendar, they will only display information about the event highlighted in the calendar.  Similarly, if you access reports from the Event Maintenance screen, they will only display information about the currently viewed event.  Reports about Actions and Communications will also be limited, depending on where you print them.
.Remember that in the reports you run, you will only be able to view events containing at least one location to which you have viewing rights.  Also, if there are Actions, Communications, Enquiries or Accommodations linked to events, you can only view those Actions, Communications, Enquiries or Accommodations that are linked to events containing at least one location to which you have viewing rights; review Chapter 1: Setting Up EventPro, Step 10: User Rights, Creating User Right Groups: Location Rights.
