This command will compact and repair the database. We suggest that you perform this action approximately once a month to clear the extra, unused space from your database.
It is very important to back up your data before using this tool.

| 1. | From EventPro’s main menu, select Utilities | Compact & Repair Database. |
| 2. | A Confirm dialog will appear, warning you to back up your data. If you have backed up your data and want to continue with the compact and repair of your database, click Yes. |
| 3. | You will return to EventPro’s log in screen. Log back into EventPro. |
