Purge Completed Actions

This command will purge completed Actions (reminders) from the database.  To review more information about Actions, see Chapter 11: Actions.

1.From EventPro's main menu, select Utilities | Purge | Completed Actions.
2.The Confirm dialog box will appear, warning you to back up your data.  If your data is backed up, click Yes to continue.
3.Select a date in the Purge Completed Actions window.  All completed actions for events ending on or before this date will be purged.  Click OK.
4.Click Yes in the Confirm box to complete the purge.
