This command will purge read messages from the database. To review more information about messaging, see Chapter 13: Messaging.
| 1. | From EventPro's main menu, select Utilities | Purge | Read Messages. |
| 2. | The Confirm dialog box will appear, warning you to back up your data. If your data is backed up, click Yes to continue. |
| 3. | Select a date in the Purge Read Messages window. All read messages sent on or before this date will be purged. Click OK. |
| 4. | Click Yes in the Confirm box to complete the purge. |
