Add Location | New Booking

| 1. | Click the Add Location button. |
| 2. | In the New Booking page, choose a Location, Setup Type and Date from the drop-down lists. Remember, you will only be able to see a location if the Show on Web box was checked when it was set up. |

| 3. | If applicable, enter the Time From, Time To (the booked times, not the event start and end times) and Attendance. |
| 4. | You have the option to not perform a capacity check when adding locations. See Server Configuration: [New Booking] below. |
| 5. | Click the Submit button at the bottom left. You will return to the Event Information page. |
