Cancel Event

1.If you want to cancel the event, click the Cancel Event button.
2.Once you click the button, the status will be set to Cancelled and the locations will be removed. The cancellation is not yet complete, though.
3.To complete the cancellation, click the Submit button at the bottom of the page.  If you do not click the Submit button and leave the Event Information page, the event will not be cancelled.
4.Be certain that you want to cancel the event before proceeding with the cancellation!  You cannot automatically restore the locations once the event is cancelled.  You will have to add the locations individually, return to EventPro and Recalculate the event.
