.Return to the EventPro program.  In the EventPro main menu, select File | Web Requests.
.The Web Requests window appears.
.The current web requests are listed in the top selection grid. The information listed can include the Request #, the date/time it was Requested On, Client Name, Event Name, Attendance, Contact Name, Contact Title, address information and phone numbers. To sort the web requests, click on the Column Header by which you want to sort the requests, e.g. Request #, Event Name, etc.  To reverse the sort order, click on the column header a second time.  The small red arrow in the column header indicates which column the list is sorted by and the direction of the sort. Remember that you will only be able to view events containing at least one location to which you have viewing rights; review Chapter 1: Setting Up EventPro, Step 10: User Rights, Creating User Right Groups: Location Rights.

.If you click on a web request in the top selection grid, the location requirements and event notes for that request will appear in the bottom section of the window.
.To print all of the web requests that appear in the top grid, click the Print button.
.After you have printed the requests or otherwise recorded the information, you can delete the requests.  Select a request and click the Delete button.  Click OK in the dialog box to delete the selected record.
.Click Close.
.If you want to create a booking or enquiry from the request, you will have to enter the information into EventPro manually.  Web Requests are not converted automatically into bookings.  This is an advantage if you want to leave the Requests area of the website open to the public.  Obviously, you do not want just anyone to be able to make bookings in your system.
