The Accommodations Module is an optional module in EventPro. If you have not purchased this module, you will not see the related tabs and screens. If you are interested in previewing or purchasing the Accommodations Module, please contact your nearest Sales Department.
Under the Accommodations tab, you can define default settings that will apply to accommodation reservations you later create.
| 1. | Next Reservation #: Enter the number you want EventPro to begin with when assigning numbers to new accommodations. |
| a. | If you already use accommodation numbers, you can set EventPro to assign the next number in the sequence. |
| b. | If you are not already using accommodation numbers, set the next number to 1. |
| 2. | Colors: You can choose the colors for the text and background of the Accommodations Calendar. For each item - All Rooms Open, Some Rooms Open, Room Group Full, etc. - click the Text button to change the text color and Back button to change the background color. The Color window opens. If you want to create a custom color, click the Define Custom Colors button. When you have selected the color you want, click OK to return to the system settings screen.
