Enquiry
You will enter "Enquiries" into EventPro when potential customers enquire about the availability of your facility. EnquiryStatus Codes will help you track potential customers and their reasons for choosing/not choosing your facility. See Chapter 8: Enquiries for more information about enquiries, including how to enter enquiries into EventPro.
Note that the Enquiries Module is an optional module in EventPro. If you have not purchased this module, you will not see the related tabs and screens. If you are interested in previewing or purchasing the Enquiries Module, please contact your nearest Sales Department.

Select Setup | Status Codes from EventPro’s main menu.

In the drop-down list in the top left corner of the Status Codes screen, select Enquiry.

Click the New button to the right of the selection grid.

The Status [New] window appears.

Enter the name of an Enquiry status. General examples include “Won”, “Hot”, “Warm”, “New” and “Lost”, but you may want to add additional statuses to provide further description; e.g. “Lost: price” or “Won: menu selection”.

Select a color to represent this status code. Click the Text button to select a text color, and the Back button to select a background color. The Color window opens. If you want to create a custom color, click the Define Custom Colors button. When you have selected the color you want, click OK to return to the Status [New] window.

Under Type, select the status type most appropriate to the code you have identified. There must be at least one “Won” and one “Lost” type.

Select a number with the Item # spin arrows. These numbers determine the order in which the statuses are displayed in the list.

When you are done creating the status code, click Save.
