Contact Titles

Contact Titles are all the different titles that you may use for your contacts or attendees.

1.Select Setup | General Lookup Tables from EventPro's main menu.  From the drop-down list in the top left corner, select Contact Titles.
2.Click the New button in the upper right corner.
3.In the Contact Title [New] window that appears, enter the name of the Contact Title.  Examples could be: Mr., Mrs., Ms. and Dr.
4.Click Save.  The Confirm dialog box will ask whether you want to add another.  Click Yes if you want to add another or No if you only want to add the one you just created.
5.Continue this process until you have defined all of the Contact Titles that you think you will need.  You can always return later to add more.
