Edit, View or Delete General Lookup Tables

1.Select Setup | General Lookup Tables from EventPro’s main menu.
2.From the drop-down list in the top left corner, select the kind of record you want to edit. The corresponding screen will appear below.

3.For any of the tables except Accounts and Event Categories, click to highlight the record you want to edit, view or delete.
4.Click the edit, view or delete button to the right.  To edit, you can also double-click the record directly in the selection grid.
5.Edit: The corresponding [Edit] window will appear. Make your changes and click Save.
6.Editing Actions: Note that if you edit Actions already assigned to events, the event Action will stay the same (i.e. without the changes you added in the [Edit] window), unless you click the Update Future Events button.
7.View: The corresponding [View Only] window will appear.  This window allows users to view the information, without the ability to edit or delete it.  When you are done viewing the information, click Close.
8.Delete: The Confirm dialog box asks if you are sure you want to delete.  Click OK if you are sure you want to delete the record.

The process of editing, viewing or deleting Accounts and Event Categories is slightly different because you can access different records for each:

1.Accounts: You can edit, view or delete either the Account Groups or the Account Codes under the Account Groups.
a.Account Group: Click to highlight the Account Group in the top selection grid and click the Edit, View or Delete Button in the upper right hand corner.
b.Account Code: Click to highlight the Account Group in the top selection grid under which the Account Code is categorized.  Select the Account Code in the bottom selection grid and click the Edit, View or Delete button in the bottom right grid.
2.Event Categories: You can edit, view or delete the main Categories as well as the information contained in the Event Sub-Categories Tab, Event Category Actions Tab and Attendee Types Tab.
a.Event Category: Click to highlight the Event Category in the top selection grid and click the Edit, View or Delete button in the upper right corner.
b.Event Sub-Categories, Event Category Actions and Attendee Types Tabs: Within an Event Category, click to highlight the relevant Event Category in the top selection grid.  Select the appropriate tab in the bottom selection grid and click to highlight the record you want to change.  Click the Edit, View or Delete button next to the bottom grid.
