Phone Types

With Phones Types, you can define the different options for assigning contact numbers to companies, contacts and attendees.

1.Select Setup | General Lookup Tables from EventPro's main menu.  From the drop-down list in the top left corner, select Phone Types.
2.Click the New button in the upper right corner.  The Phone Type [New] window appears.
3.Enter the Phone Type. Examples include Phone 1, Phone 2, Cellular, Fax and Pager.
4.If you want a phone type to be one of the four default phone types available when you enter a Company/Contact, enter a number between 1-4 in the Default Assignment # field, depending on the order in which you want the types to appear.
5.Click Save.  Continue adding phone types until you have added all the phone types you will need.
