Exhibitor Booth Rate Codes
Here, you will define all of the standard rate codes that could apply to exhibitor booths in an event. Before adding these rate codes, you may want to review the explanation of exhibitors in Chapter 6: Exhibitors and Booths, Exhibitor Overview. You will later select from this master list when you assign rates to booths in Chapter 6: Exhibitors and Booths, Booth Rate Codes and assign booths to exhibitors under Assigning Booths to Exhibitors.
The Booths Module is an optional module in EventPro. If you have not purchased this module, you will not see the related tabs and screens. If you are interested in previewing or purchasing the Booths and Exhibitors module, please contact your nearest Sales Department.

Under Booth, chose the booth Type to which the rate can apply from the drop-down list. <ANY> means the rate will apply to any booth type.
3.
In the Days Before field under Time, choose the number of days before the start date of the event that the exhibitor must register in order to receive this rate.
5.
When you have entered all of the information you need for the rate code in the Rate Code [New] window, click Save.
