Beverage Resource Items and Configurations

EventPro's Beverages system allows to you identify all alcoholic beverages served at your facility and to group them into Beverage Configurations. As with creating a Catering system, setting up Beverages can be a complicated task. However, taking the time to complete setup properly now will result in more time saved later every time you use your efficient, customized Beverage system. Try to read through all beverage instructions thoroughly before proceeding with beverage setup.
As with catering, the beverage system has four levels within which you can organize your items: (1) Configuration Groups, (2) Configurations, (3) Categories and (4) Items.
You could, for instance, create a Beverage Configuration called “House Brand Selections” that includes the categories of Domestic Beer, House Brand Wine, and House Brand Liquor, each category containing a number of items selected from your beverage inventory. You could also create a Beverage Configuration called “Premium Brand Selections”, under which you could group Import Beer and Premium Liquors, for example.
