Deleting Catering Configurations
1.
Select Setup | Resources | Catering Configuration from EventPro’s main menu.

Ensure that you have selected the Effective Date from which you want to work.
3.
Choose whether you want to delete a Configuration Group, Catering Configuration, Category or Item.

Configuration group: Click to highlight the appropriate configuration group in the top selection grid and click the Delete button in the top right corner. The Confirm dialog box appears, warning you that deleting a group will delete all related items under the group and asking if you want to continue with the deletion.

Catering Configuration: Click to highlight the appropriate configuration group in the top grid and click to highlight the configuration in the bottom grid. Click the Delete button next to the bottom grid. The Confirm dialog box appears, asking if you want to delete the record.

Note that if the configuration has been used, you cannot delete it.

To mark it as discontinued and prevent staff from selecting it again, uncheck the Available check box under Options in the General Tab in the Catering Configuration [Edit] window.

Category: Click to highlight the appropriate configuration group in the top grid and click to highlight the configuration in the bottom grid. Click the Edit button next to the bottom grid. The Catering Configuration [Edit] window appears. Select the Category in the bottom left grid and click the Delete button under the bottom left grid. This will delete both the category and its included items from the configuration

Item: Click to highlight the appropriate configuration group in the top grid and click to highlight the configuration in the bottom grid. Click the Edit button next to the bottom grid. The Catering Configuration [Edit] window appears. Select the Item Code in the bottom right grid and click the Delete button under the bottom right grid.

Click OK if you are sure you want to delete, or otherwise click Cancel.
