In this part of the setup process, you will record of all of the items and services available to your clients.
To go to the resource setup area, select Setup | Resources | Items from EventPro’s main menu.
First, you will create tables of all of the individual setup, staffing, catering and beverage items available at your facility. You can arrange these individual items into various menus and packages. Finally, you can enter floor plan objects, which can be arranged in location floor plans to create previews of different event setups.
This is a very important part of EventPro setup.
It is recommended that you carefully read through all of the information about resources before you begin to set up your resource items.
