You can also add repeating days or locations to a previously booked event using the Append function.

.Click the Booking Calendar button located in the upper left corner of the EventPro Screen. The Booking Calendar will display the default view you chose when setting your Preferences above.
.Make sure the date and location group settings are correct at the top of the screen. Make any necessary changes.
.There is no need to select cells on the Booking Calendar.  Simply select Event | Append – Repetitive from the Button bar in the Booking Calendar, or right-click on any cell and select Append – Repetitive.
.As with appending a non-repeating location or day, the first screen of the New Booking wizard will ask to find the event to which you want to append days or locations. .To review how to search in a Find window, see Introduction: Common Functions, Finding a Record.  Find the correct event, click to highlight it in the bottom grid and click Next.
.The next screen of the New Booking wizard will be the Locations and Booking Patterns screen.   To review how to create location and booking patterns, refer to Creating a New Repetitive Booking above.  Create your location and booking pattern, and click Next.

.As with appending a non-repeating location or day, the New Booking wizard will skip through several pages of the normal booking procedure, and go directly to the Location Defaults screen. The rest of the process will be the same as a normal booking.  Review the instructions beginning at Location Defaults above.  The newly appended locations will be checked for conflicts and displayed on the final page of the New Booking wizard.
.Remember that before you finish your booking, you still have the option to make changes to the information you have entered in the wizard and/or enter details about Setup, Staffing, Catering, Packages, Images and Miscellaneous items.
.Also, before you can leave the New Booking wizard, you must deal with any booking conflicts that arise.
