Edit, Delete and Location Update in Booking Calendar

While in the New Booking window, you were able to Edit and Delete locations, and change the Status, Times, Attendance, Cost/Price or Setup Type of locations.  You can also perform these actions in the Booking Calendar after closing the New Booking window.

In the Booking Calendar, make sure that the date and location group settings are correct at the top of the screen.

Find the cell corresponding to the location you want to edit, delete or update.

1.Right-click the cell and select Location | Edit, or select Location | Edit from the Button bar.  You can also right-click the event in the Status Bar and select Edit.

2.The Location [Edit] window appears.  Make any changes you require in the appropriate fields.
3.Click Save to save your change, or cancel to return to the original information.

1.Right-click the cell and select Location | Delete, or select Location | Delete from the Button bar. You can also right-click the event in the Status Bar and select Delete.

2.Click Yes in the Confirm box to delete the location.

1.Select Location from the Button bar  or right-click the cell and select Location.  Choose what you would like to change: Status, Times, Attendance, Cost/Price, Setup Type or Other.  You can also right-click on the event in the Status Bar and select the option you want to change.

2.If there is more than one location associated with the event, a Confirm box will ask whether you want to change all of them.  Click No if you only want to make a change to the one location you selected.
3.In the Location Update window, make the changes you require.  To review instructions about changing information in the Location Update window, see Location Update above.

4.After you make your changes, click Apply & Close.  Click Yes in the Confirm box to continue with the change.

EventPro will check the changed location records for conflicts.  If your change causes a booking conflict, the Location Conflicts dialog box will appear.  Click OK.

Depending on the conflict level, you may be able to ignore the conflict, or you may have to deal with the conflict before continuing.  Review the instructions above.

If you do not ignore the conflict or it is a full conflict, the Error box will appear, warning you that the conflicts were not handled.  Click OK. Your desired change will not occur, and you will have to make a different change.
