| 1. | Click Finish. EventPro will now check for conflicts. |
| 2. | In the bottom grid, under the Conflicts tab, EventPro displays the events which conflict with the new booking, if any. Before you can leave the New Booking wizard, you must deal with any booking conflicts that arise. |
| 3. | If it finds a conflict, a Warning dialog box will appear, informing you that there is a conflict that must be handled. You will not be able to finish this booking until you deal with the conflict. For further instructions, see Dealing with Booking Conflicts below. |

| 4. | If there are no conflicts or you have resolved any conflicts, a report dialog box may appear. In your System Settings, you can choose to print a report after creating a new booking, e.g. a Booking Slip, B.E.O., etc. You may also choose not to print any report after creating a booking. Review how to set up System Settings in Chapter 1: Setting up EventPro, Step 1: System Settings, Events. If the report dialog appears, click OK to print or Cancel to skip printing the report. |

| 5. | The new event will now appear in your Booking Calendar. You can double click on the event in the Booking Calendar or Selection Grid to go to the Event Maintenance screen and view event details. |
