Lobby Display
You can set the lobby display window to show booked locations, functions, booking numbers and other information.
Remember that you will only be able to view events containing at least one location to which you have viewing rights; review Chapter 1: Setting Up EventPro, Step 10: User Rights, Creating User Right Groups: Location Rights.

Select File | Lobby Display from EventPro’s main menu.

The Lobby Display window appears.

Under Filter, choose whether you want to view just the Current Day, a certain # of Days or a Date Range. Click Advanced to set a more sophisticated filter in the Filter Criteria window. To review how to set a filter, see Introduction: Common Function, Setting a Filter.

Under Header, select the boxes if you want to Show Header and/or Show Logo on Header. Type in the name of the Title. It will appear in the upper left corner of the Lobby Display window.

Choose the Refresh Rate for how often EventPro will update the display with newly entered information. If not all the information fits in the window, it will scroll vertically. Choose the Scroll Rate that will apply in that situation.

Under Font, choose the font and background color by clicking the Select Font and Background Color buttons. Also choose the Row Height. Your selections will be previewed above.

Choose the Display Fields that will appear in the lobby display window. Select a Table and Field from the drop-down lists. Enter the Title that will appear in the corresponding header title.

Click OK. The lobby display window will open, displaying the information you selected. If the information does not all fit in the window, it will scroll according to the Scroll Rate you chose.
