If you want to delete several attendees, you do not have to individually delete each one. You can use the Multi-Delete function to delete all or multiple attendees.
Functions for working with multiple attendees are found under the List-View sub-tabs, i.e. All and the sub-tabs generated by the Attendee Types assigned to the event (located to the right of the All sub-tab).
| 1. | Find the event to which the Attendees are attached in the Event Maintenance screen. |
| 2. | Click on the Attendees tab, the View Attendees tab and then the List-View sub-tab containing the attendees you want to delete. |
| a. | You can delete selected attendees or all of the attendees you see in the selection grid. |
| b. | Select multiple attendees by holding down the Ctrl key and clicking on the desired attendees (a red dot will appear in the far left column of each selected record, and an arrow will appear next to the last-selected record). |
| c. | You can also limit the number of attendees you see in the selection grid by setting a filter (see Filtering Attendees below). |
| 3. | Click the Detail Options button to the right and select Multi-Delete. |
| a. | If you multi-select attendees and just click the normal Delete button, you will only delete the last-selected record. |
| b. | Make sure you use Detail Options | Multi-Delete. |
| 4. | The Attendee Multi-Delete dialog box will appear. |

| 5. | Choose whether you want to delete Selected Attendees or All (Filtered) Attendees and click OK. |
| 6. | “All (Filtered)” refers to all of the attendees visible in the selection grid. Therefore, if you set a filter so that only fifty of one hundred attendees are visible, those fifty represent “All” for the purpose of multi-deleting. |
| 7. | In the Confirm dialog, click Yes to confirm the deletion. |
