Exhibitors can only be registered as attending an event by using registration groups, also referred to as registration packages.

These registration groups or packages help you keep track of which exhibitors will be attending the event.

The registration groups are very flexible, so you can set them up with different options. You can set minimum and/or maximum registrants for a group and adjust the settings so that the registration package is automatically added to exhibitors.  You can make registration packages mutually exclusive so that exhibitors are not accidentally registered in non-compatible groups.  You can set up a default registration charge, and create a series of rate codes that depend on the company category and/or time of registration.  Use these various options to create a registration structure most suitable for your business.

You can create registration groups for either Attendees or Exhibitors, but Attendee and Exhibitor registration groups are not related or connected in any way.  To learn how to create registration groups for Attendees, see Chapter 5: Attendees, Attendee Registration.
