You can either export selected enquiries or all of the enquiries you see in the selection grid.

Multi-select enquiries by holding down the Ctrl key and clicking on the desired enquiries.

Limit the number of enquiries you see in the selection grid by setting a filter (see Introduction: Common Function, Setting a Filter for more information).

To export all enquiries, you do not need to select or filter any.
Click the Detail Options button to the right and select Export.

The Enquiry Export Wizardwill open.

In the first screen, select whether you want to export just the Selected Records or All. Note that “All” here refers to all of the enquiriesvisible in the selection grid. Therefore, if you set a filter so that only twenty-five of fifty enquiries are visible in the sub-tab, those twenty-five represent “All” for the purpose of exporting.
In this screen, you will choose which fields you want to export.

If you have any previously saved templates, you can choose one from the Template drop-down list.

If you are not using a template of data fields or want to select new data fields for the template, select export fields under Fields to Export on the left side of the window and transfer them into the Export Column Names on the right side of the window by clicking the > arrow or double-clicking on the field.

To change the names of the fields you are exporting, click on the field under Export Column Names and press Enter. Type in a new name and press Enter again.

To change the order of the fields in the Export Column Names area, click on a field and drag and drop it into a new position.

If you want to remove a field from the Export Column Names, select the field and click the < arrow.

If you want to save this collection of fields as a template, click the Save Template button. In the Save Template window, enter the name of the template and click OK.

After you have saved the template, or if you do not want to save the template, click Next.
