Finding an Enquiry

After you have created enquiries, you can browse through them in the Enquiries screen under the Single Enquiry or Enquiry List tabs.
Under the Single Enquiry tab, use the black horizontal arrows to scroll through the list of Enquiries by Enquiry #.
Under the Enquiry List tab, scroll vertically through a list of all enquires sorted by enquiry number. Click on a different heading to sort the list by that field, and click the heading a second time to reverse the order.
To locate a particular Enquiry, use the Find button:
| 1. | In the Enquiries screen, under either tab, click the Find button in the upper right corner. |
| 2. | The Find Enquiry window will appear. |

Note that if there are enquiries linked to events, you can only view those enquiries that are linked to events containing at least one location to which you have viewing rights; review Chapter 1: Setting Up EventPro, Step 10: User Rights, Creating User Right Groups: Location Rights.
| 4. | Click to highlight the relevant Enquiry in the selection grid and click OK. |
| 5. | If you are in the Single Enquiry tab, the Enquiry information will appear on the screen. |
| 6. | If you are in the Enquiry List tab, an arrow will appear to the left of the relevant Enquiry in the top selection grid. |
