In the Company/Contact screen you can record information about your customers and potential clients, as well as the suppliers, hotels, transportation companies and other organizations with which you do business. Combined with EventPro’s mail merge features, the Company/Contact database can be a powerful marketing tool.

Earlier, in Chapter 1, you learned how to enter companies and contacts into your Company/Contact database.  Review Step 6: Company/Contact if necessary.

Now, you will learn how to do many other tasks in the Company/Contact screen, such as editing companies/contacts, creating mail merges, importing/exporting and much more.
