Editing, Viewing and Deleting Company/Contact Information

1.Click on the Company/Contact button to open the Company/Contact screen.
2.Find the company or contact you want to edit, view or delete, following the instructions under Finding a Company or Contact above.
3.Once you have located or clicked to highlight the company or contact you want to edit, view or delete, you can follow the instructions in Introduction: Common Functions, Edit, View and Delete.
4.EDIT NOTES:
a.If you are editing a contact that is an event attendee or an accommodation occupant, ensure that you click the Save and Update Attendees/Accom Occupants button in order to update the attendee’s or occupant’s information within the event or reservation.
b.You can select and unselect checkboxes directly on the selection grids of the Company/Contact screen (e.g. Flagged, Warning, Inactive, Client, etc.) by holding down the Alt key and clicking on the relevant checkbox.
5.DELETE NOTE: Remember that if you do not want to delete the entire record for the company or contact, you can mark them as Inactive.  Edit the company or contact following the instructions above.  Under the Classification tab, select the Inactive checkbox.  You can choose to exclude inactive companies or contacts from selection lists, but you can still view their related records, such as communications and actions
