Checking Web Bookings in EventPro

1.To check for web bookings back in EventPro, go to the File menu.

2.Select Web Bookings to view online bookings - booking with the Online Status or Online Callback Status defined in System Settings (see Chapter 1: Setting Up EventPro, Step 1: System Settings, Events: EPWeb Options). These online bookings were made in EPWeb; review Create a New Booking in EPWeb.

3.Note that your ability to view Web Bookings will depend on your Location Viewing Rights. To view an event, you must have viewing rights to at least one location in the event. See Chapter 1: Setting Up EventPro, Step 10: User Rights, Creating User Right Groups: Location Rights.
4.To go to an event in the Event Maintenance screen, select the event and click Go To Event.
5.If you are done viewing the events, click OK to close the Web Bookings window.
6.Events will be removed from the Web Bookings dialog after someone changes the status of the event to something other than the Online Status or Online Callback Status defined in System Settings (see Chapter 1: Setting Up EventPro, Step 1: System Settings, Events: EPWeb Options).
