In many of the rich text notes and comments areas, you can right-click to access a pop-up speed menu of commands.

There are also shortcut keys for these commands:

Cut (Ctrl + X)

Copy (Ctrl + C)

Paste (Ctrl + V)

Select All (Ctrl + A)
