Logging in to EPWeb

1.Click the Login link in the upper right corner to begin.

2.If you have entered multiple databases in the EPWeb Configuration (Connection Settings), you can select one from the Database drop-down. Otherwise the one database available will already be selected.

3.Enter your User Name and Password.  These are set up in EventPro's Company/Contact area. You can set up Online Login Information and Online Rights for companies, and separate online profiles for contacts within companies.  Review the following sections:
a.Chapter 1: Setting Up EventPro, Step 6: Company/Contact, Entering a New Company: Online Rights.
b.Chapter 1: Setting Up EventPro, Step 6: Company/Contact, Entering a New Contact: Online Rights.
4.Click the Login button.

 

Remember that users will not have to login in order to create a New Enquiry in EPWeb if you have allowed Anonymous Access to New Enquiries. In that situation, the New Enquiry button will appear on EPWeb's home page even if the user is not logged in.  Review Configuring EPWeb Version 4: General Settings, New Enquiry.
