| The Upgrade Protection Plan (UPP) is an annual Support Contract that provides you with access to these exclusive benefits:
- New and Enhanced Software Features, delivered through two scheduled Upgrades per year and numerous updates throughout the year. In the program, click on Help | What’s New to see the list of new features, enhancements and fixes.
- The EventPro "Suggestion Box". Participation of our UPP customers is our main source of new ideas for the software.
- Software Hotfixes as required.
- Unlimited Software Support via telephone, email and fax.
- A comprehensive User Manual that is regularly updated by our in-house Documents Department to reflect current software development.
- The EventPro Connection, our quarterly newsletter, which provides company news, software feature demonstrations, helpful hints and promotions.
- The EventPro Bulletin, which provides information about updates and upgrades for assisting technical staff with network maintenance.
- The EventPro Support Website, which includes 24-hour access to the newest Downloads, frequently asked questions (FAQs), "What's New" (a list of latest enhancements), Bug Report forms, File Uploading and more.
