| Microsoft Office 2010, due to be released in retail stores in June, will be available in both 32-bit and 64-bit versions. Like many other applications and add-ins that interface directly with Microsoft Office, the email function of EventPro Software, a 32-bit program, is not currently compatible with the 64-bit version of Microsoft Office 2010. |
EventPro Software's email function will still be compatible with the 32-bit version of Microsoft Office 2010, which can be installed on a 32-bit or 64-bit Windows operating system. Please note that EventPro Software is compatible with 64-bit Windows operating systems; the email compatibility issue only arises with the 64-bit Microsoft Office 2010 software. |
If your company plans to upgrade to Microsoft Office 2010, please consult your IT Department to determine whether you will upgrade to the 32-bit or 64-bit version. Whether you are able to install the 32-bit or 64-bit version of Microsoft Office 2010 depends on your operating system and your computer processor.
