EventPro Software ACCED-I Region 5 Scholarship Winner: Jill Schmitz |

This past September EventPro Software, a corporate member of ACCED-I, sponsored a scholarship for a Region 5 member to attend the ACCED-I Annual Region 5 Fall Summit. We are happy to announce Jill Schmitz was the lucky recipient of this scholarship.
Jill is a Conference Manager at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She said the summit was very beneficial and she looks forward to taking her newly gained knowledge and implementing it in her department. Jill had a great experience which was made possible through her scholarship sponsored by EventPro Software. |

EventPro's 2011 in Review: Did You Miss Anything? |

We had a busy year at EventPro Software! What were we up to?
- ACCED-I Conference: Our account representative, Troy Wruck, attended the 31st Annual ACCED-I (Association of Collegiate Conference and Events Directors - International) Conference Trade Show in Orlando, FL. This was the sixth year we have attended the ACCED-I conference, and we plan to return for more great opportunities to connect with campus professionals.
- HSMAI's MEET National Event: CJ Leib was our man on the ground at the HSMAI's MEET National Event. This was the first time EventPro Software attended the National Event but CJ was kept busy providing software demonstrations and discussing the needs of Event Planners.
- IAFE Convention: In November, Troy Wruck attended the IAFE trade show in Las Vegas. There was an excellent turn out, with trade show space selling out. Troy got to demonstrate EventPro Software with attendees from both American and Canadian Fairs, in addition to chatting with some of our existing clients. Of course this show is always a fun one to exhibit at, this year featured an under water escape artist, a be-you-own stunt person apparatus, and a 4000-year old technology demonstration.
- New Logo: Our new EventPro logo is now splashed all over our web pages, newsletters, blogs, Facebook, and so on.
- Printed User Manuals: Our Online User Manual is always the most updated and best source for user help information. However, we know some people prefer a hard copy. To preview and purchase our hard copy manual, go to Volume 1, Volume 2 and Volume 3 on Lulu.com.
- EventPro on Facebook: You can now "Like" EventPro on Facebook.
- New Software Development: Our Developers were busy bees all year long, adding new features and enhancements to EventPro Software. For a complete list of 2011 additions to EventPro, click HERE. If you are missing any of these new features, it's time to update your software.

What's Coming Up this Year? More New Features for You |

In 2012 we look forward to releasing two new automation items to EventPro's Automation Service:
- Email outlook calendar invites to your event attendees. This will allow your attendees to accept the invitation and it will be added to their own outlook calendar. Changes to the event date and times will also be sent to the attendee and will edit the existing calendar event.
- Create .ics calendar files that can be published to a website. Multiple calendars can be created allowing you to filter by Event Status and/or Location. These published .ics files can be added to your outlook calendar. If you prefer to use Google Calendars you can also publish events directly to your Google calendar.

Make the Most of Your Investment: Update Your Software |

The latest software update, Version 6.12.4.724, is now available. Why bother updating your software?
With each new version, our developers add fixes, enhancements and new features that improve EventPro's performance and functionality. If you've been lagging behind in your software updates, the New Year is a perfect time to get your software back on track!
To download the newest Software Update, log in to the EventPro Support Website. Click on the Downloads tab and click on the EventPro Install V6.12 (6.12.4.724) link.
To access software updates, you must have a current Upgrade Protection Plan, a yearly contract that gives you access to software upgrades and updates, unlimited software support via email and phone, and more. If you need to reactivate your Upgrade Protection Plan, please contact our Sales Team for a quote at Sales.au@EventPro.net or (+612 or 02) 9772 7777 (press 1).
