What you need to know before upgrading to EventPro Version 6.5
|
- To upgrade to EventPro 6.5, email our Support Department at Support.au@Eventpro.net after the May 1 release to secure a spot on our waiting list. Upgrades will be scheduled on a first-come, first-serve basis. Put “Request EventPro 6.5 Upgrade” in the subject line, and let us know whether you require our assistance with converting your reports.
- All data must be tested and verified by EventPro Support before upgrading
- All custom reports must be rebuilt before upgrading or they will be lost
- You can rebuild your reports yourself or contact our Support department for assistance. Email Support.au@Eventpro.net or phone 02 9772 7777
- In order to upgrade to EventPro 6.5, you require a current Upgrade Protection Plan. This support plan allows you to access regular software updates (annually in May and November) containing new and enhanced features. You also have unlimited support (Monday to Friday 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. EST) and can access our website, which contains current information about new updates, frequently asked questions, user manuals and advanced help information.
