| Q. I know there are items that need to be invoiced for an event, but when I create an automatically calculated invoice, it appears blank. How can I find these items and include them in an invoice? |
A: Ensure that you chose the correct Cutoff Date in the first page of the Invoice Wizard. The invoice will include all uninvoiced items up to and including that date. For example, if a setup item is booked to be used at an event on October 26, 2006, the Cutoff Date of the invoice must be October 26, 2006 or later to include the item.

| Did You Know …that you can use EventPro’s Audit Log to track user activities and event changes? Maximum Logging tracks every change made in the program and describes the change made in the relevant field. Partial Logging will track which fields have been changed, but will not record the actual change that occurred. You can also choose Limited Logging and create a custom list of records to be tracked, such as Event Created, Event Deletion, Event Lock Level Change, etc. You can also track all EventPro transactions such as creating bookings, posting invoices, saving registration selections and much more, using the Transaction Log report accessed from Reports | System Reports. |
See the EventPro User Manual at Chapter 3: Event Maintenance, Review Audit Log and Chapter 16: Reports, Report Descriptions and Parameters: System Reports.
