Using EventPro’s Image Tool, you can add pictures to both your Locations and individual Events. For example, for a location, you could scan in a blank floor plan and add photographs of the location set up for different functions – weddings, conferences, cocktail receptions, etc. You could use these images to show customers the various capabilities of each location. |
Then, if you book an event in a location, you can customise the location’s images for the specific event. Using the location’s blank floor plan, you can add objects such as tables, chairs, and other equipment to create a setup configuration suited to the customer’s needs. This floor plan layout can be distributed to personnel to ensure efficient and accurate event setup. |
You could also select the photograph of the location setup that the customer prefers, adding notes in the comments area regarding any unique touches the customer wants to add for configuration and decoration. If none of the location’s images show what you need, you can also add entirely new images specifically for the event. |
